Concentric Security's automatic bollards are designed for preventing high speed vehicular attacks. Our Model GS-05-B30-H (hydraulic) and GS-05-B30-P (pneumatic) bollards are designed for continuous use, rapid deployment and are ideal for high security and high traffic applications.

These barriers are crash tested to Department of State specifications (STD 02.01) and have obtained a K8/L1 certification.

Each bollard consists of a rectangular cast in place frame which houses a retractable steel bollard, operating cylinder, cylinder guides, limit switches and all other necessary hardware. There is a removable top plate to allow for maintenance and removal of components. Our Model GS-05-6119 hydraulic pumping unit is also included and can be configured to operate up to 4 separate bollards per pump.

Our automatic bollards can be operated in either normal or emergency mode. Operating times are 4-6 seconds for normal operation and 1-3 seconds for emergency operation.

All GS-05-B30 automatic bollard systems come equipped with our standard “up and down” controller; however custom controllers are available to make your unit operate in conjunction with card readers, audible alarms, loop detectors, and traffic arms and lights.

All Concentric Security bollards come standard with a rust inhibitive epoxy coating and are available in a wide variety of standard colors.
